Why did you choose this particular course at ASM?
I opted for this course at ASM because it strikes the right balance between academic theory and practical business insights. The curriculum is thoughtfully curated to reflect what the industry demands today. What truly appealed to me was the institute’s emphasis on experiential learning through case studies, group projects, and company visits, which add a practical edge to classroom education.

Why did you choose to study at ASM?
The choice was easy once I learned about ASM’s strong academic reputation and its legacy in management education. What stood out to me was the expertise of the faculty, the student-centric approach, and the vibrant campus life that encourages both personal and professional growth.

Is your faculty teaching you well?
Absolutely. The faculty members at ASM bring rich industry experience and theoretical depth to the classroom. They are approachable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in our learning. Their teaching style is interactive, and they ensure that every student is engaged and well-supported.

How is ASM preparing you for your future in HR?
The institute is doing a great job in bridging academic concepts with real-world HR practices. We’re learning about organizational behavior, employee motivation, and HR strategy through dynamic discussions and case studies. ASM has also helped me polish my communication skills, critical for any HR role, and provided platforms like internships and HR conclaves to apply this learning.

What are your long-term goals?
I envision myself building a successful career in Human Resources, particularly in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Employee Development. I hope to work in an inclusive, forward-thinking company where I can nurture a strong people-centric culture. Eventually, I see myself stepping into a strategic HR leadership role that shapes company-wide people policies and drives long-term impact.
