With an aim to transform, inspire and radiate happiness and love, Interact Club of Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, in collaboration with Heal The Global Foundation, an NGO, recently organised the ‘Project Muskaan’ with the assistance of the teachers.
The key intention of the project was to provide basic needs and happiness to everyone. During the visit, the interactors along with their teacher in charge visited a primary school nurtured by the NGO on the outskirts of Gurugram to spread smiles among the children.
Apeejay students interacted with the children. They also engaged with the young ones through different activities like playing charades, sports, and singing that brought them immense joy and pleasure.
As beacons of change to propagate the message of education for all, the interactors distributed gift hampers including stationery items and chocolates.
Moumita Mallik Sen, Interact Club Incharge said, ‘The mission of our club is to touch the lives of innumerable people and transform them in the best way possible. Project Muskaan was able to bring smiles and glee not only on the faces of the young children at the NGO but also contentment in the hearts of the interactors. Thus, it is rightly said that happiness is a two- way street which affects both the giver and the receiver.’
