Motivated scholars take the next big step in their educational journey 

There isn’t much of a difference between getting a good harvest and a good result. Both require an entire year of toil, discipline, dedication, and of course some luck on the side too. While the farmers celebrate a good crop through various harvest festivals, it is the scholar badge ceremony where the talent and determination of a student is rewarded.

Apeejay School, Noida recently organised the much awaited scholar badge ceremony to felicitate the academic achievers across classes 9-11. The ceremony commenced with a hearty welcome speech congratulating the achievers on their brilliant performance in the annual examinations for the academic session 2022-23.

The meritorious students who stood the test of time and emerged as the best were conferred with scholar badges. The proud class teachers also accompanied the awardees on stage, as the students received the certificates.

Ms. Ritu Kohli, Principal of the school, congratulated the young scholars for their excellence in scholastic arenas and advocated that perseverance and dedication is the key to success. She encouraged young scholars to keep striving by mentioning, “Remember students! Excellence is what we should aim at.  It is simply doing our best every time at whatever we do.” The Principal’s inspiring words shed light on the nature of excellence which includes attention to detail, time management and sincere efforts.

The Principal also thanked all the teachers and parents for their unwavering support in every endeavour of the school and the student. 

Speaking about the ceremony, scholar and class 10 student Sohini Mondal said, “I am very happy getting this recognition. I got a total of 97.4% in the class 9 results with a hundred percent in Sanskrit.” She added, “I want to thank my school, teachers and parents for this. The teachers make us go through the NCERT books and numerous assignments rigorously. The teachers are by our side throughout the year.”
