Ministry of Women and Child Development invites applications for paid internship

The Ministry of Women and Child Development is accepting applications from women students, scholars, social activists and teachers from non-Tier-1 cities as part of its internship programme. Its objective is to translate the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s idea of building self-reliant India.

Through this initiative, the Ministry aims to tap the talent of interns and give them the opportunity to work for the implementation of schemes as well as deliberate upon its policies through different assignments. The duration of the internship will be one month and two months separately throughout the year. An intern can choose any one duration out of the two while submitting their applications.

Further, the Ministry would take up to 10 interns per batch. Interested candidates should be enrolled or associated with any university, academic or a non-academic institution. To submit the applications online, log onto the official website — wcd.intern.nic.in
