Second-year student Keshvi Priya Sinha is an emerging journalist with a keen eye for storytelling and a passion for uncovering the truth. Pursuing journalism and mass communication from Apeejay Stya University (ASU), Gurugram, Keshvi possesses a strong interest in broadcast media and radio journalism.
Recently, the Apeejay student bagged an internship opportunity with Sahitya Tak at India Today Group. Earlier this month, Keshvi also got the chance to visit the All India Radio (AIR) at Akashwani Bhawan in New Delhi.
Upon asking about her experience, she mentioned, “I gained valuable insights into the world of radio broadcasting. I was honoured to attend the Sardar Patel Memorial Lecture 2024 by ISRO Chief Dr. S. Somnath.”
Keshvi credits her professor Avijit Pattnaik for giving her this learning experience. “At AIR, I got to learn about the history of Akashwani,” she said.

The budding media professional further mentioned that her professor Avijit Pattnaik and Prof. Sanjay Ahirwal, Dean of School of Journalism and Mass Communication at ASU, always encourage her to do different things. “Apeejay is a good university where students get a platform to grow,” she emphasised. Keshvi aspires to become a broadcast journalist or a radio jockey.
