Presently, we are living in the AI (artificial intelligence) epoch due to which the focus is more on work. The mini gadget, in hand 24/7, is the greatest result of technology as well as the gift to humans. As it creates ease of everything.
AI is also defined as:

• An intelligent entity created by humans.
• Capable of performing tasks intelligently without being explicitly instructed.
• Capable of thinking and acting rationally and humanly.

And as technologies such as AI continue to grow, these will have a great impact on our quality of life. Unfortunately, this is also one of the reasons for mental issues and disorders prevailing nowadays.

However in recent years, scientists and doctors have shown interest in the positive effects that meditation has on people, who are going through various problems.
