Recently, Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld, Jalandhar, organised a vibrant and heartwarming celebration of Phoolon ki Holi, bringing together little Rhythmites and their mothers for a day filled with joy, colours, and cultural bonding. The event beautifully captured the spirit of Holi in a child-friendly and eco-conscious way, using fragrant flower petals instead of synthetic colours.
The campus came alive with laughter and excitement as children, accompanied by their mothers, enthusiastically participated in the celebration. The little ones were thrilled to celebrate the festival with their friends and teachers, showering each other with colourful flower petals and enjoying lively music and dance. The joyful atmosphere reflected the innocence and enthusiasm of early childhood, making the celebration truly memorable.

The event was graced by Dr Rajesh Chandel, Principal, Apeejay School Model Town, Mr Bhupinder Kataria, Manager Operations, and Ms Nidhi Ghai, In-charge, Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld, along with the dedicated teachers who ensured the smooth conduct of the celebration.

The highlight of the event was the delightful dance session, where mothers and children came together on the dance floor to celebrate the festival in a spirit of warmth and togetherness. The participation of parents added a special charm to the celebration, strengthening the bond between the school and families while creating cherished memories for the young learners.
Celebrating festivals in schools plays an important role in shaping children’s understanding of cultural traditions and social values. Such occasions help students learn about the significance of festivals like Holi, which symbolise happiness, unity, and the triumph of positivity. Through activities like Phoolon ki Holi, children not only experience the joy of celebration but also develop respect and appreciation for India’s rich cultural heritage.
The colourful celebration concluded with smiles, laughter, and beautiful memories, leaving the little Rhythmites with a joyful experience of one of India’s most loved festivals.
