Jalandhar institute celebrates Army Day; salutes the valiant spirit armed forces
On this special occasions, Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus organise a powerpoint presentation competition
Army Day is celebrated to honour the valiant soldiers. The day recognises the indomitable spirit, dedication, and sacrifice of the military personnel in safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty and ensuring peace and security.
In the spirit of commemorating Army Day, NCC Wing of Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus (AIMETC) in Jalandhar recently organised a powerpoint presentation competition, “eSalute- Celebrating Our Army Excellence”.
The event resonated with patriotism and admiration for the valiant spirit of armed forces. During the event, participants showcased their powerpoint presentation skills in creatively acknowledging the army’s indispensable role. The slides vividly showcased the valour and dedication of armed forces, highlighting their pivotal role in safeguarding our nation.
Jasmilan Kaur from BCA VI semester bagged the first position whereas Gursimran Kaur from B Tech (CSE) II semester won the second position in the competition.
The event was coordinated by faculty members including Mr. Rohit Verma, Assistant Professor from School of IT, Convenor, NCC Wing and Mr. Vikas Kumar, Assistant Professor from School of Engineering.
Dr. Rajesh Bagga, Director of AIMETC, appreciated the efforts of faculty coordinators of NCC Wing and motivated all the students that they should get inspiration from the life and the contribution of the freedom fighters.
