IIT Kanpur, Ministry of Education launch online platform for competitive exam prep

IIT Kanpur, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, has recently introduced an outreach initiative called Self-Assessment Test and Help for Entrance Exams (SATHEE). This innovative online education platform is designed to empower students across the country in preparing for competitive exams, aligning with the goals outlined in the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and contributing to Sustainable Development Goal 4.
The platform was officially unveiled by K Sanjay Murthy, secretary of the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, at Shastri Bhawan, attended by various dignitaries.
Key Features of SATHEE:
It offers a comprehensive suite of resources tailored for NEET and JEE aspirants. This includes video lectures delivered by esteemed faculties from IITs and IISc.
· 45-Day Crash Course: The platform has commenced its journey with a 45-day crash course specifically designed for JEE Main aspirants.
· Expert-Designed Learning Modules: It will host a series of intensive learning modules, expertly crafted to enhance the preparation of students for competitive exams.
· Interactive Chat bot: A novel feature of SATHEE is an interactive chatbot, providing students with an engaging and dynamic learning experience.
· Doubt-Clearing Sessions: Regular doubt-clearing sessions will be conducted by students from prestigious institutions such as IITs and AIIMS, enriching the learning process for students.
· Opening New Avenues: It aims to create new avenues for students preparing for various competitive exams, contributing to a broader and more accessible educational landscape.
This initiative marks a significant stride in the implementation of educational reforms and underscores the commitment to providing quality education to students.
