Did you expect this achievement?
Competing against such a diverse and talented pool of students from premier universities, I knew the competition would be challenging. However, I had confidence in my research, writing, and analytical skills. While I aimed for the best, seeing my name among the finalists, alongside students from IIT Kanpur, Delhi University, and international institutions, was an exhilarating and humbling experience. This recognition validates my passion for writing and motivates me to keep striving for excellence.

How did you prepare for this?
My preparation involved extensive research on the topic, ensuring that my article was not just well-structured but also thought-provoking and insightful. I focused on bringing a fresh perspective, incorporating real-world examples, industry insights, and future implications to make my submission stand out. I also ensured that my writing was engaging, logically coherent, and impactful. Understanding that AI-generated content is common, I focused on crafting an original, well-researched, and high-quality piece that truly reflected my analytical skills and critical thinking.
I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Apeejay Stya University and the incredible faculty members who played a crucial role in enriching my skills in research and writing. A special thanks to my mentors for their continuous guidance, encouragement, and invaluable support throughout my academic journey. Their mentorship has been instrumental in shaping my analytical and writing abilities, and I am truly grateful for their contributions to my growth.
What was the topic you wrote on?
My article was on “Artificial Intelligence in Redefining Work and the Workplace.” The article explored how AI is transforming industries, reshaping job roles, increasing efficiency, and creating new career opportunities, while also addressing challenges like job displacement, ethics, and data security. I emphasized the importance of human-AI collaboration, highlighting how AI should be seen as a tool for empowerment rather than a threat. I also discussed upskilling, digital literacy, and policy measures required to ensure a balanced and inclusive future of work.
What is your next goal?
My immediate goal is to perform exceptionally well in the final round of the competition and make a strong impact with my presentation. Beyond this, I aim to continue excelling in finance, management, and AI applications in business, aligning with my M.Com studies at Delhi University and ACCA certification. I am also keen on contributing more to academic writing, research, and leadership discussions, ensuring that my work influences future discussions on AI, business strategy, and finance. This achievement has further motivated me to explore new opportunities, engage in impactful writing, and contribute to thought leadership in my field.
