How were your school days?

My school days were very busy. I used to love taking part in extracurricular activities. I always had practices for some or the other event. Managing time was sometimes difficult, but I enjoyed the adventure.

What are your plans ahead?

I plan to pursue Economics (Hons) from the University of University. Studying Economics at Delhi University will allow me to develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills, which are essential for understanding and addressing complex economic issues.

How were the teachers at Apeejay?

The teachers are the hallmark of Apeejay. All my teachers were immensely helpful and supportive. Their unwavering belief in me kept me going. They were extremely approachable and understanding. At no point in my entire school life did they let me feel away from home. Apeejay’s outstanding results are a testament to their hard work.

How did you feel after scoring a 100%?

I put in 100 per cent effort aiming to reap a 100 per cent reward. Yes, I believe that scoring 100 per cent is possible, so I set it as my goal and worked towards it. Had I not believed that I don’t think I would have been able to achieve it.

What did your preparation look like?

I was consistent with my preparation. I set weekly targets and divided them into daily tasks. There were days I lacked behind my schedule. There were many, but I knew that the next day could make up for it. I devoted most of my time to concept clarity. For me, that was the most important. I could not just read on the surface and move on until I was satisfied.

Share any nostalgic memories of school.

I have had a couple of sweet memories since school has finished. Mostly about entering the school gate with hundreds of students in the morning, and attending the morning assemblies. I wasn’t much of a studious student in school who would miss out on the fun to study. I enjoyed participating in several activities, laughing with friends during breaks, and requesting the teacher in an arrangement to take us to the ground. I remember when it was our Math test in class XII, and I stood at our class door to see all those bleary eyes just like mine for no one had slept! I miss those days!

Message for the school students.

I would tell them to believe in themselves; nothing is impossible. Channelling time and energy into the right areas can take you anywhere you want. Be aware and conscious of your choices. It’s in your hands what you want to do and how you choose to do it. Don’t compare yourselves to anybody else; everybody has their path to carve. Once you set your eyes on a goal, nothing can stop you.

How did Apeejay School, Pitampura help you hone your skills?

Apeejay gave me the exposure and opportunities to hone my skills. The dedicated teachers and staff encouraged me to pursue my passions and interests, helping me develop a strong foundation in academics and extracurricular.
