Assistant Professor Anuj Kumar from Apeejay School of Management, Dwarka was recently invited to deliver an online workshop on “Emerging Trends in Academic Writing: Research Writing and Publication for High Impact Journals”. Hosted by SHODH at Panjab University, Chandigarh, the workshop marked a significant milestone in fostering academic excellence.

Ms. Bhawna, the Convenor of SHODH Panjab University, inaugurated the event with a warm welcome, setting the stage for a day of insightful discussions. Distinguished guests, including Chief Guest Prof. Rajni Kant, Vice-Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal; along with Guest of Honour Prof. Y P Verma, Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh, added gravitas to the occasion.

The engaging workshop was attended by more than 500 academicians and research scholars. During the workshop, Prof. Anuj Kumar discussed the essentials of research writing and the dos and don’ts of publication in high-impact journals.

He further focussed on effective research writing strategies. Prof. Anuj Kumar highlighted, “The publishing in high impact journals give career growth, recognition and professional advancements to the academicians. To write in a high impact journal, topic selection matters a lot. In addition to that, literature review will be more advanced and elaborated, research design and data analysis should be appropriate.”

The interactive sessions saw active participation from attendees who engaged in lively discussions and posed thought-provoking questions during the Q&A sessions.
