The Special Guests, along with the Principal, Vice-principal. Incharge, Pre-primary, and grandparents were called for the ceremonial lighting of the lamp amid the chanting of the Vakratunda Mahakaya, Ganesh shlok.
The stage was then set alive with an enchanting performance by the Junior Choir of the school. With their sweet and melodious voices, they captivated the audience with I had a dream and Hai thaan liya humne. The Principal gave a warm welcome by presenting green saplings and a memento to the special guests.

Ms Jain extended a warm welcome to the Special Guests, parents, and grandparents. “Our little caterpillars have blossomed into beautiful butterflies, ready to soar high. Today is an extraordinary day as these young learners stand on the threshold of new adventures. It feels like just yesterday they walked through the school gates as curious little ones, eager to explore the world. Now, they have not only mastered their ABCs and 1-2-3s but have also grown in so many ways,” she shared.
Beyond academics, they have developed essential life skills—learning to share, play, and collaborate, she said. “They have formed friendships, created memories, and demonstrated resilience and creativity. Expressing gratitude, she thanked the parents for their unwavering support and the teachers for their dedication. Graduation is not just about moving forward but celebrating their growth and achievements.

“To our dear children, always remember that learning is a lifelong journey. Never stop asking questions, stay curious, and never be afraid to make mistakes — because that is how we grow. As Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairman, Apeejay Stya & Svran Group, Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University, and Chairman, Apeejay Education, says: ‘May all our children become the grandest versions of themselves in the coming days’. Thank you once again, dear parents, for standing by our side and for celebrating this special milestone with us,” Ms Jain shared.
Speaking at the occasion, Ms Kathuria said, “It is an absolute pleasure to be here and be part of this celebration. Witnessing such a fantastic performance by the kindergarteners was truly amazing. The confidence and enthusiasm of each child on stage were truly commendable. Congratulations to the school for organising such a spectacular event. The performances today, especially those promoting environmental awareness, were inspiring. I also acknowledge the hard work behind the scenes — the dedication of teachers, the collaborative efforts of parents, and the attention to costumes and decor. A big round of applause to the parents for their incredible support.”
She ended her speech with a piece of advice: “Every child is unique. There is no need for comparison or competition; each child has their potential. As parents and educators, our role is to nurture their strengths and guide them toward success. Thank you once again for having me. I truly enjoyed this event!”

Sharing a similar sentiment, Ms Pal thanked the school for inviting her to this celebration. “I am truly honoured that Apeejay School invited me to this special occasion. I congratulate all the parents present for all the hard work they have put in. I also thank the Principal and the teachers,” she said.
Ms Joshi, speaking at the occasion said, “It is a joy to witness this milestone and be part of such a special occasion. Watching our little ones on stage today has been truly heartwarming. Their confidence, enthusiasm, and performance were a delight to see. Congratulations to all the students for their wonderful efforts! A special note of appreciation to the parents for their support, especially for the beautiful costumes and preparations. A heartfelt thank you to the mothers who helped with makeup — it was evident how much effort went into ensuring the children looked their best for this event. Your dedication and involvement truly made a difference.”
It was remarkable to see how effortlessly the children took the stage, the Principal shared. “Public speaking is often intimidating, yet our young graduates showed no signs of fear. Their ability to stand before an audience, manage the mic and props, and deliver their lines with confidence is commendable. Parental involvement is crucial in a child’s journey, and moments like these are precious. Your presence reflects your commitment to their growth and achievements. As they move forward in their educational journey, continued participation and encouragement will help them flourish. A big thank you to all the teachers as well for their dedication and hard work. Once again, congratulations to our young graduates! May they continue to shine and achieve great heights,” she added.

All the hard work that the little minds put on the stage was truly mesmerising. It all began when the students of KG-C took to the stage to present a beautiful skit on plants and what they need to survive: Sun, water, and air. Attired as trees, each student enumerated the importance they play in our lives – from giving us oxygen to fruits to vegetables – the students delivered their lines without missing a beat. Dancing to the tune, they brought nature to life in their unique way!
Diving into the deep blue waters, KG-A students brought the sea creatures alive dressed as fish, dolphins, sharks, and turtles, to name a few, they showcased the role that each plays in maintaining the vibrant ecosystem of the oceans in balance. However, not all is well in the deep waters; man is polluting the seas and oceans which is harming marine life. To ensure their survival, the students took a pledge to protect our marine life that was met with thunderous applause.
The KG-B students took the audience through the celebration of nature’s changing seasons beginning with an exploration of how they are formed. Before stepping into the wonders of each season, the focus shifts to a cosmic adventure explaining the Earth’s motion and its impact on seasonal changes.
The narration introduced Earth’s movement around the Sun, highlighting how it takes 365 days to complete one revolution. The Sun, as the source of light and warmth, influences the Earth’s seasonal cycle. Depending on the tilt of the Earth, different parts of the planet receive varying amounts of sunlight, leading to seasonal changes. When the Earth tilts away from the Sun, winter arrives in that region.
It was then time for KG-D students to enthral the audience with their performance. And it was all about the different modes of transport, including bicycles, cars, trains, boats, ships, and aeroplanes. The students also apprised everyone present of the various traffic rules and what each symbol means when they see red (stop), yellow (wait), and green (go)!
It was then time to honour the hard work that students had put in throughout the year. The Special Guests along with the Principal, Vice-principal, and Incharge, Pre-primary took the stage to present certificates to the graduating students of KG (A, B, C, and D). As each student’s name was called out, they were given a title ranging from calm and cool to an avid reader, to a Math wiz with certificates.

It was time for the Vote of Thanks and the Vice-principal was called upon to do the honours. She said, “It was great to witness the culmination of a year-long journey of learning of KG students. The celebration has been truly wonderful. I take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to making it such a memorable event. A sincere thank you to our parents for their hard work behind the scenes. A special thank you to our esteemed guests, Ms Kathuria and Ms Pal for gracing the occasion. Your presence has been a great motivation for both parents and staff.”
A big round of applause also went to the Principal, Ms Rachna , and our dedicated teachers for their tireless efforts. Congratulations to our young graduates for their achievements and wonderful performances.
The grand celebration ended with the singing of the National Anthem!
