From euphoric live performance to array of competitions, Apeejay Stya University is all set to hold ‘Elaan 2023’

Four, three, two, one…. Well, the countdown begins at the Apeejay Stya University (ASU), Sohna, Gurugram as the university prepares to organise its most-awaited ‘Annual Cultural Fest – Elaan 2023’ on April 14 and 15 at the university premises. 

The inter-university festival is a cultural extravaganza with an array of fun-filled activities. A magnificent range of competitions and performances such as music, dance, theater, nukkad natak , elocution, fashion show and many more are to be held. In addition to these, students are all set to unleash their innovative video-making skills by creating and displaying short-films and Instagram reels in the ‘Short Film Display & Insta Reel Display’ competition. 

This festival aims to provide a creative space to the students to showcase their talent and creativity that will further contribute in their holistic development.

Our annual cultural fest ‘Elaan 2023’ aims to provide a platform to the students to showcase their talent and creativity. ‘Elaan 2023’ is to be inaugurated by Dr. B.S.Sekhon, Joint Secretary (YA & Sports) AIU, who is going to preside as the Chief Guest, in the presence of Prof. Raj S Dhankar, Vice-Chancellor of Apeejay Stya University; Dr. Sucharita Kumari, Pro Vice-Chancellor, ASU; Prof. Varuna Tyagi, Registrar at ASU; Prof. Sanjay Ahirwal, Dean Students Welfare, ASU; along with faculty members and students. 

Another highlight of this year’s two-day extravaganza is the live performance by the talented pop singer, Anadi Mishra, on April 15, 2023. Anadi isn’t just a singer and a live performer, but also a composer, music producer, recording artiste and music programmer. Students are excited to witness the live performance by this sensational music artiste, whose voice has been attracting millions of souls. 

To add to the bonanza on the final day, another renowned singer Hans Raj Hans will be coming to the ASU campus. The recipient of Padma Shri, Hans Raj Hans is an Indian singer, who is popularly known for his Punjabi folk songs and Sufi music. He has also released his own ‘Punjabi-pop’ albums.

So what are you waiting for? Get ready to experience the wide-range of competitions and performances. Registration is open for students from other institutes as well, to participate and showcase their talents.
