First day of new session is always special!
Apeejay School, Tanda Road warmly welcomes all students for the new academic year
Students often call the school as their second home at the time of their farewell. The reason is that the students feel comfortable and develop the feeling of love and belongingness for the place they spent so many years in. Wouldn’t it be more nice if the primary students establish such a bond with the school from the first day itself?
Hence, on the first day of the new session, Apeejay School in Tanda Road, Jalandhar filled with excitement as students were warmly welcomed with a short ceremony of Tilak and Mishri. For the preprimary students, the day kicked off with many engaging activities, including story time and aerobics sessions that helped foster a joyful start to their academic journey.
This was followed by the bloom and shine activity during which students coloured pictures, unleashing their creativity. A special assembly added to the festive atmosphere where teachers serenaded the children with a welcome song.
In the end, Ms Deepti Kaushal, the school coordinator, extended a heartfelt welcome to all the students and wished them luck for their new session, setting the tone for a year full of learning and growth.
