The students of Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, have once again proven that they are not only excellent learners in the classroom but also capable leaders on larger platforms. At the recently held FALCON MUN 7.0, hosted by Apeejay School, Noida, the delegation from the Panchsheel Park branch impressed the jury with their sharp debating, diplomatic acumen, and teamwork. The school proudly returned with the Best School Delegation Trophy, a recognition of their collective talent and preparation.
The event saw many students step into the roles of global leaders, parliamentarians, and representatives, testing their ability to think critically and negotiate persuasively. Daiivvik Dua of Class XI earned the Best Delegate title in the IPL committee, while Kabir Kapoor of Class VII was awarded High Commendation in the AIPPM for his representation of Ummeda Ram Beniwal. Vihaan Khanna received a Special Mention in the CCC, further adding to the school’s success.
Sharing his experience, Daiivvik shared, “Being a cricket player and enthusiast, I have prepared a strategy to perform well in the IPL committee. Because of a good sense of timing and the fact that I am learning financial analysis and entrepreneurship, it was easier for me to get the best team at the cheapest price tag.”
Shaping future leaders
The conference was not just about awards but also about learning. Students gained hands-on exposure to real-world issues and practised skills that textbooks alone cannot impart. From researching policies to building consensus, the experience demanded clarity of thought, patience, and the ability to listen as much as to speak. These are the very qualities that define responsible citizenship and future leadership.
Proud contributors to the executive board
Adding to the school’s glory, Abbas Hasnain and Tushika Verma of Class XII served as Rapporteurs for the UNGA and UNOOSA committees, respectively. Their role on the executive board reflected not only academic excellence but also maturity in guiding discussions and maintaining order during proceedings.
What this means is that every participant walked away with more than just certificates and titles. They carried with them a deeper understanding of diplomacy, collaboration, and respect for diverse viewpoints. For Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, the win is a reminder that nurturing such platforms is essential for developing confident, thoughtful, and globally aware students.
