At Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg, excellence isn’t just a goal; it’s a way of life. Apeejay Newsroom recently caught up with a proud parent, Mrs. Kapoor, to learn more about her son, Dishan (currently in VII), and their experience with Apeejay School. Here’s what she had to say. Read edited excerpts:

Could you share your overall experience with Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg?
I am an alumna of Apeejay School, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to send my children here. The teachers, the staff, everyone is just as wonderful as they were when I attended. The current principal is also very supportive and cooperative.

How do you feel about the extracurricular activities offered at Apeejay?
Dishan is actively involved in various activities like debates, Olympiads (where he’s a gold medalist), and NTSC (where he’s a topper). He also loves drawing, which he excels at. Even my younger son, Manan, participates in lawn tennis and shows great promise as a speaker.

Could you tell us about the supportiveness of the teachers?
The teachers at Apeejay are incredibly cooperative. When we expressed concerns about the English curriculum, the principal promptly addressed them by restructuring the classes. They listen to feedback and take action, which is commendable.

How does Dishan feel about going to school?
Dishan eagerly looks forward to school every day. He’s involved in basketball and has even represented his house in inter-house competitions. He’s never once expressed reluctance to go to school.

What are Dishan’s aspirations for the future?
Given his father’s profession, Dishan aims to become a doctor. He excels in science and has a clear vision for his future. I’ve assured him of support for his coaching classes in the 9th standard, emphasising the importance of hard work and dedication.

Lastly, would you recommend Apeejay School to other parents?
I wholeheartedly recommend Apeejay School to every parent. The nurturing environment, combined with excellent academics and a wide range of extracurricular activities, ensures holistic development. Apeejay truly stands out, and I believe it’s the best place for any child to thrive academically and personally.
