How did you feel when you got the news of placement? What is the position you joined?

I felt extremely joyful when I learned I had been placed. Late-night study sessions, case studies, and mock interviews all of the difficult work—appeared at last to be valuable.

I will be joining  as a Branch Manager Trainee. Managing a portfolio and heading a little team of staff, I will be learning daily branch operations . It offers the ideal starting point to use my financial knowledge while honing people-management abilities in a practical context.

How did you prepare for the placement ? How did your teachers at Apeejay help you pass the process?

I started by understanding  the job roles and companies that were visiting the campus which helped me identify  the specific  skills  I need to strengthen . I practiced aptitude questions, improved my communication skills and regularly revised important  concepts related to my fields.  Throughout this journey .

My teachers at Apeejay played a major role in my success . They guided me at every  stage-right from helping me plan my preparation to conducting mock interviews, group discussions and aptitude  practice sessions . Their detailed feedback after every mock session helped me understand my weakness and improve continuously . The teachers also shared valuable  insights  about industry expectations, interview strategies and the right way to present myself professionally. Their constant motivation and personal mentorship boosted my confidence, especially during the actual placement  round.  Because of their support ,guidance and encouragement.  I was able to clear the placement  process Smoothly and perform to the best of my ability
