Control your anger before it overpowers you

You left for college or work on time. But unfortunately, either the metro got delayed for a technical glitch or a couple of auto drivers refused to drop you to the location. In such a scenario , you feel super annoyed and angry.

However, anger is not the solution to any problem. Every person gets angry easily which is harmful for them. It is not the solution to every problem.
It’s normal to feel angry when you’re frustrated about something. But when you are talking about something, taking out your anger in a bad way is not okay. It not only affects you, but also your loved ones and your relationship with them. Also, expressing anger in the wrong way can lead you to feel regret and this will disturb your peace of mind. Anger damages your relationships with your loved ones. Soo, control your anger before it controls you.
Some say anger in itself is not unhealthy. Well, it depends how you vent out your anger.
“We are allowed to express anger because it is a natural emotion,” says Talkspace Therapist Reshawna Chapple. Rather it’s how we respond to feelings of anger that make it healthy or unhealthy.
In a nutshell, we should control our anger before it controls us. We need to be calm in every situation. If you are feeling angry, take a deep breath! Pause, reflect. Gradually, you will be able to control your anger and find a healthy solution as well.
