Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus (AIMETC), Jalandhar, celebrated International Pi Day with great enthusiasm and a series of engaging activities. Observed globally, Pi Day honours the mathematical constant π (Pi), which represents the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter. The 2025 theme, “Math in Everyday Life,” emphasised the significance of mathematics in daily activities and scientific advancements.
To make the celebration interactive and enjoyable, AIMETC organized a Pi-themed Rangoli competition, where students creatively depicted mathematical concepts through colorful designs. This event was not only a tribute to Pi but also an effort to inspire students to appreciate the beauty of mathematics beyond textbooks.
