To honour this spirit, Apeejay School, Noida recently hosted its Sports Prize Distribution Ceremony celebrating the outstanding achievements of students in various inter-house sports events conducted during the academic year 2024–25. The event was a spirited celebration of perseverance, discipline, and teamwork.
The session began on a mindful note with a calming meditation led by Ms. Savita Gupta, helping students centre themselves and set a positive tone for the day. It was a reminder that true sportsmanship comes from a calm and focused mind.
Further enriching the experience, Ms. Renu Dang introduced students to Bookalooza, India’s first AI-powered self-publishing platform. She elaborated on how this innovative initiative allows students to channel their creativity into published works. The platform provides
AI-assisted writing support, cover design tools, expert reviews, and royalty opportunities—empowering young learners to become confident young authors.
The connection between sports and creativity was beautifully underlined—while sports trains the body and sharpens the mind, platforms like Bookalooza offer students a way to express their thoughts and emotions, turning ideas into impactful stories. A well-rounded education, as championed by the school, helps nurture both resilience and imagination.
The highlight of the ceremony was the recognition of young athletes who had shown remarkable performance in inter-house competitions. With medals, certificates, and applause, their hard work and spirit were lauded with pride. The event ended on a high note, with cheering and smiles, leaving students inspired to keep striving both on the field and beyond.
