Apeejay School, Noida, played host to the highly anticipated 27th edition of its flagship inter-school tech fest — CODE 2025 — under the theme Veni, Vidi, Vici recently. The two-day event was a vibrant confluence of digital talent and innovation, welcoming enthusiastic participation from leading schools across Delhi-NCR. With a total of 16 dynamic and intellectually stimulating events on the roster, CODE 2025 offered students a platform where creativity met code, and logic met execution.

The event was inaugurated in the gracious presence of the Chief Guest, Commander Mukesh Saini, a veteran Naval Officer and India’s first National Information Security Coordinator at the NSCS/PMO (2002–2006). His vast expertise in Cyber Security, Electronic Warfare, and Communication Systems lent gravitas to the occasion. Commander Saini, in his keynote address, reminded students that “knowledge is the true wealth of a nation, and when empowered with cutting-edge technology, it becomes a powerful catalyst for national prosperity.”

The 16 events of CODE 2025 spanned a diverse spectrum of digital disciplines — from Roboxtangle, Robowars, and Surprise? to Ideathon, Photography, Gaming, Pycode, Tux Paint, Group Discussion, Digital Imaging, Web Design, Scratch, Eye for AI, AI in Fashion, and the much-anticipated Frame Fusion. Each event was curated to test the analytical, logical, and creative mettle of the participants, while also encouraging teamwork, innovation, and futuristic thinking.

A distinguished panel of judges added prestige to the event. The line-up included industry experts like Mr Dhiraj Gupta (Anti-Ad Fraud Expert, Co-Founder of mFilterIt), Ms Raghavi Nagpaul (Tech Associate at the D.E. Shaw Group), Mr Manish Gurnani (CTO, KSolves India Ltd.), and Mr Arnav Saxena (Strategy Analyst at Google), among others. The fest also saw a creative spark from personalities like Mr. Agam Singh (music composer and voice-over artist), filmmaker Mr Abhishek Bhardwaj, and Ms Ishmeet Kaur, crowned Mrs India World 2024-25.

The Principal, Dr Neha Sharma, delivered the welcome address and formally declared the fest open, setting the stage for a celebration of digital prowess. In her address, she emphasised the importance of preparing students for the technological future by giving them avenues to apply their knowledge practically and innovatively.

The events across both days saw enthusiastic participation from 47 schools, each sending their best coders, designers, debaters, and creators. Apeejay School, Noida, itself shone brightly with commendable performances in events like Pycode, Digital Imaging, and WebD, with students impressing the judges through clean code, original designs, and articulate presentations.

The mentors — Mr Atharva Gupta, Mr Ariet Jha, and Mr. Ritik Singh — played a pivotal role in guiding the student organising team. The student volunteers and coordinators ensured flawless logistics, timely execution of events, and a warm atmosphere for visiting participants. Their tireless efforts were lauded by the judges and guests alike.

All the events were marked by high-quality competition, and the judges unanimously appreciated the logical clarity, innovation, and technical depth displayed by participants. The highlight was Robowars, where AI and engineering clashed in thrilling showdowns, and Ideathon, where teams brainstormed novel tech solutions for real-world problems.

After two days of high-octane performances and collaborative spirit, The Mother’s International School, New Delhi, was declared the Overall Winner, lifting the coveted CODE 2025 Trophy.

CODE 2025 was not just a tech fest — it was a celebration of youthful curiosity, innovation, and the spirit of “coming, seeing, and conquering.” With such dynamic participation and exceptional standards, the event yet again solidified Apeejay School, Noida’s reputation as a beacon of excellence in digital learning and innovation.
