The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is organising an orientation programme to guide school principals and counselors on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The session aims to provide an in-depth understanding of CUET’s framework and its significance in undergraduate admissions across the country.

Scheduled for April 17, 2025, the programme will take place from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Auditorium, CBSE Integrated Office, Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi – 1100765.

This initiative is intended to equip educational leaders with the knowledge required to effectively support students preparing for CUET. Key objectives include explaining the eligibility criteria, exam format, and updated university admission policies. The session will also offer strategies to help students make informed subject choices aligned with their career goals and provide practical advice on exam preparation, including study resources and planning techniques.

Another core focus of the programme is to enable school heads and counselors to address student concerns with clarity and confidence. Techniques for managing exam-related anxiety and enhancing student communication will also be discussed.

The examination will be held in 13 languages, including English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, and Assamese, ensuring accessibility for a broad spectrum of students nationwide.
