The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to conduct a series of virtual workshops aimed at enhancing career development for students, parents, educators, and school leaders. These sessions are designed to offer comprehensive guidance and practical techniques for effective career decision-making.
CBSE Secretary Himanshu Gupta emphasised the inclusivity of these workshops, encouraging all concerned to join live sessions on Webex or via livestream. Participants in workshops for principals, teachers, and counsellors will receive a certificate of participation upon submitting a session feedback form within 24 hours of the live session’s conclusion.
Workshop Schedule:
The workshop designed for students will emphasise reflective thinking as a fundamental skill for self-reliance in recognising their unique talents and aptitudes. By fostering an environment that encourages self-exploration, students are guided to understand their inherent strengths and how these can be aligned with future educational and career opportunities.
The ultimate aim of these workshops is to equip students with techniques to continually assess their capabilities and adapt to evolving trends in the workforce and education sectors. This ensures a lifelong alignment of their strengths with their career paths, fostering a future where students can confidently navigate their professional journeys.
