CBSE Class 10 2022 results: 94.40% students pass; compartment exams begin on August 23

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the class 10 Board exam results on July 22, 2022. Students can check their marks at the official websites: cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in, cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.gov.in as well as on Digilocker and Umang app.

A consolidated mark sheet of both terms has been made available after term II results. This year unequal weightage has been given to students’ performance in Term I and Term II exams. CBSE has given 30 per cent weightage to the Term I theory exam held in November-December last year and 70 per cent weightage to the Term II theory exam conducted in April-May this year. The practical exams in both terms have got equal importance to consolidate the final results.

Trivandrum has emerged as the best performing region with a pass percentage of 98.83 per cent. And, overall the students’ pass percentage is 94.40%.

Compartment examinations for students will start on August 23, 2022 and continue till August 25, 2022. The test will be administered using the Term II exam syllabus.
