The students of Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication (AIMC), New Delhi, are brimming with excitement and pride as the institute secures remarkable positions in two of the most prestigious media education surveys in India. The announcement of AIMC being ranked No. 1 among private colleges in North India in The Week-Hansa Research Survey 2025, and No. 1 among private colleges in Delhi in the India Today-MDRA Best Colleges Ranking Survey 2025, has been met with cheers and celebration across the campus.

The mood among the students is joyous and deeply emotional. Sharing about her journey with AIMC, Ankita expressed, “Gratitude truly takes you places. A year ago, I stepped into Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication as one person and today, I stand transformed. This journey has taught me patience, built my capabilities, and opened up a lifelong space within me for learning and growth. I am no longer the same—I’ve changed, and for the better. I am so proud to be part of this Institute.”

Another student Yashraj Pandey highlighted, “Proud to have been a part of the prestigious media institute. AIMC’s guest lectures and curriculum played a significant role in keeping me updated with the latest developments and trends in the media and communication industry. The curriculum was designed to be dynamic, regularly integrating current case studies, campaign analyses, and emerging tools in digital media, advertising, and PR. Courses like Digital Marketing and Media Planning were constantly refreshed with new-age insights.”

He further added, “But what truly made the learning cutting-edge were the guest lectures. We regularly had industry professionals—from creative directors at top ad agencies to digital strategists and media entrepreneurs—who shared real-time industry scenarios, campaign breakdowns, and future-facing trends. These sessions not only bridged the gap between theory and practice but also gave us early exposure to shifts in consumer behaviour, content strategies, and tech innovations shaping the industry today. Thanks to this blend of academic foundation and real-world insights, I felt industry-ready and confident in understanding both the current landscape and where it’s heading.”

The institute’s No. 8 ranking in India overall in The Week survey and its No. 5 rank among Top 10 Emerging Colleges established after 2000, according to India Today-MDRA, has further validated the students’ faith in the quality of education they are receiving. These achievements have only strengthened the sense of community and belonging among the students. With pride in their hearts and dreams in their eyes, AIMC students are more inspired than ever to make their mark in the world of media.
