Brains, buzzers, and brilliance at Quiz Mania

Recently, Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld, Jalandhar transformed into a buzzing arena of intellect and enthusiasm as it hosted Quiz Mania-Knowledge Knights, a spirited competition designed to spark curiosity, sharpen critical thinking, and celebrate the joy of learning among its young learners. The event was a vibrant blend of excitement, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing, reflecting the school’s commitment to holistic education.

The quiz brought together six dynamic teams, each proudly representing a unique identity – Brainstormers, Explorers, Brainiacs, Mavericks, Quizsters, and Whizkids. With banners raised and minds sharpened, students stepped into the challenge with confidence, ready to showcase not just what they knew, but how quickly and smartly they could apply it. 

The competition unfolded across four engaging rounds: the Direct Questions Round, the Audio Round, the Visual Round, and the fast-paced Tap Round. Each segment tested different dimensions of the participants’ abilities, from recall and reasoning to listening, observation, and presence of mind. The atmosphere in the auditorium was electric, as teams battled neck-to-neck while the audience cheered them on. The scorer’s desk was equally abuzz, carefully evaluating answers and tallying close margins, adding to the suspense and thrill. 

In the end, the quiz stood out less for the winners alone and more for the spirit of learning it inspired. All participants were honoured with certificates, recognising their effort and enthusiasm, while the winning teams proudly took home medals as a token of their achievement.  

With the able guidance of Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairman, Apeejay Stya & Svran Group, Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University, and Chairman, Apeejay Education, the event was a success. Extending heartfelt congratulations, Dr Rajesh Kumar Chandel, Principal, Apeejay School, Model Town, applauded the students, teachers, and organisers for putting together such a lively and meaningful competition. Ms Nidhi Ghai, In-charge of the school, along with dedicated teachers, also witnessed the event and shared their pride in the students’ performance. 

Quiz Mania-Knowledge Knights was more than a competition; it was a celebration of curiosity, teamwork, and the power of young minds to shine when given the right platform.
