‘At Apeejay Rama Mandi, classes are very engaging and interactive’

Davinder Singh is a teacher teaching Punjabi language at a Government School in Amritsar. His daughter Avnoor Kaur is a nursery student at Apeejay School, Rama Mandi. In a brief interview, Mr. Singh appreciates the efforts the teachers at Apeejay Rama Mandi put in for the development of the students. Edited excerpts:

Why did you choose Apeejay School, Rama Mandi for your child’s admission?

The school is near our residence and that’s a big advantage. Also, the school is located outside the main city, so it is very safe. The school has a good environment and the teachers are simply excellent. A lot of focus is given to academics.  

Please tell us a bit about your child’s progress at school?

Avnoor is performing very well. She recites poems in English in a lovely manner. She loves to draw and colour – that’s her main hobby. She also likes to dance.

Are the teachers engaging well with the students?

The teachers are teaching very well. They are taking the classes on time. In fact, there is never a delay when it comes to posting daily classwork as well as checking the homework on the class WhatsApp group. They guide the students very well.

What is the best thing about the school?

Apeejay Rama Mandi is a very good school, especially a very big school in our area. The teachers here are very well qualified.

How has the experience of the online classes been for Avnoor?

Avnoor is still having her online classes. The classes are happening timely and regularly. The teachers are explaining the concepts very clearly and the classes are very engaging and interactive. It’s all good.
