Sharing her thoughts, Anchal Jain (GDP Foundation Semester I) expressed, “Participating in the We Care Fest for the international painting competition was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The theme, which focused on disability, inspired me to create artwork that expressed strength, inclusion, and perseverance. While painting, I aimed to show that people with disabilities have incredible talents and determination that go beyond physical limits.”

She further added, “Before the announcement of results, some disabled students performed wonderful dance and singing acts. Their energy, confidence, and joy touched everyone’s hearts and filled the hall with positivity and appreciation. Watching them made me realise that the true spirit of the event was about celebrating ability, not disability. When the results were finally announced and I won the second position, I felt an immense sense of happiness and pride.”
She also said, “Receiving my certificate and trophy on stage was a proud moment that I will always cherish. After the event, I spent time with my friends at the food stalls, enjoying delicious snacks, sharing laughter, and talking about the amazing performances and artworks we had seen. It was a day full of creativity, inspiration, and togetherness that I will never forget.”
