Apeejay’s School of Pharmaceutical Sciences gears up to host 4th National Seminar

Themed on “Nanomedicine & Medical Devices in Healthcare”, the seminar will host a line of industry stalwarts and educationists

The School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPS) at Apeejay Stya University (ASU)  in Gurugram is gearing up to host the prestigious 4th National Seminar on “Nanomedicine & Medical Devices in Healthcare”. 

This event, funded by the Government of Haryana-DST, promises to be a significant gathering of industry stalwarts, researchers, and students passionate about pharmaceutical sciences. Scheduled to be held on 17 May 2024, the seminar will take place at the university’s campus located on Sohna-Palwal Road, Sohna, Gurugram, Haryana.

This seminar will present an excellent opportunity for participants to delve into the latest advancements in the fields of pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy, pharmacology, pharmaceutical biotechnology, and more. Pharma industry leaders have been invited to share their insights and expertise, making it an invaluable learning experience for attendees.

One of the highlights of the event is the chance for pharmacy students and participants to showcase their research, abstracts, and scientific posters. Submissions for abstracts are currently open, with the deadline set for 10 May 2024. Abstracts should be original research or review-based, focusing on recent developments in nanomedicine and medical devices. They should be 150-200 words long, encompassing the study’s objective, hypothesis, material methods, and results. Abstracts must be submitted in MS-Word format, using Times New Roman font, size 12, and single-line spacing. The presenting author’s name should be underlined, with affiliations clearly mentioned.

Further, it’s imperative that the presenting author must register for the seminar.
