With an air of pride and promise, Apeejay Svran Global School, Faridabad, hosted its Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2025-26, formally bestowing responsibilities upon the newly elected Student Council. The occasion was more than just a ceremonial event – it was the beginning of a journey of leadership, service, and dedication for the young torchbearers of the school.

The solemn yet spirited ceremony began with a sense of anticipation as students, teachers, and parents gathered to witness the momentous occasion. All faculty members and distinguished alumni graced the event, making it a memorable day for the council members who stood ready to embrace their new roles.

A special highlight was the presence of alumni, Ms Suhani, Ms Charvi, and Ms Khushboo, who returned to their alma mater to present the prestigious badges of responsibility. Their participation added depth and inspiration to the event, symbolising how leadership nurtured at Apeejay School transcends time and continues to shape lives. The act of conferring badges was not merely symbolic, but a passing of the baton of trust and values from one generation of leaders to the next.

As the students donned their badges, they took the oath of office, pledging to fulfil their duties with sincerity, honesty, and commitment. The solemn words echoed with determination, marking the start of a journey where personal achievement would merge with collective responsibility.

The cultural programme that followed was both vibrant and meaningful, capturing the true essence of leadership and teamwork. Through dance, music, and performances, students expressed values of discipline, unity, and service; the very cornerstones on which the Student Council rests.

The atmosphere throughout the event was charged with pride and enthusiasm. Parents and teachers looked on with admiration, while students brimmed with confidence, ready to shoulder their responsibilities. The ceremony beautifully underscored the school’s belief that leadership is not about authority, but about setting examples, serving with humility, and inspiring peers.

In her address, the Officiating Principal, Ms Purnima Vohra, congratulated the council members and urged them to be role models who embody the school’s ethos. She reminded them that leadership is not a privilege, but a responsibility – one that requires vision, dedication, and compassion.

The Investiture Ceremony 2025-26 concluded on a note of optimism, as the newly elected council members stepped forward with determination to lead by example, promising to uphold the values of Apeejay School and contribute positively to the school community.
