On the auspicious occasion of 99th birth anniversary of Smt. Rajeshwari Paul, the beloved wife of Founder-Chairman of Apeejay Stya and Svran Group Dr. Stya Paul, Apeejay School, Faridabad Sector 15 organised a grand celebration to pay tribute to her remarkable life. Acknowledging her immense contributions to the school community, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, staff, and faculty members.
The commemoration began with a special assembly held in honour of Smt. Rajeshwari Paul, the First Lady of Apeejay Stya Group. Students from various grades showcased their musical talents through mesmerising performances such as sitar recitals, flute recitals, group songs, and group dances. The auditorium reverberated with melodious tunes, demonstrating the students’ dedication and respect for their late benefactor.

Furthermore, an art exhibition was organised to showcase the artistic endeavours of the students. The exhibition featured a wide array of artwork, reflecting the immense talent, creativity, and imagination of the students. Paintings, sculptures, and other forms of visual art adorned the exhibition space, captivating the visitors and providing them with a glimpse into the artistic prowess nurtured at school.
Similarly, Apeejay Svran Global School in Faridabad Sector 21-D organised a special function to commemorate the 99th birth anniversary of Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul. The event aimed to showcase her fondness for performing arts and culture, and to celebrate her remarkable attributes as an epitome of love and devotion.

The program began with a solemn and auspicious lamp lighting ceremony, symbolising the enlightenment that Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul brought to the lives of many. This was followed by a floral tribute to the noble soul, led by the Ms. Priti Wason, Principal of Apeejay Svran Global School along with the school staff and students. The fragrance of the flowers permeated the air, paying homage to the revered soul.

During the event, Ms. Priti Wason shared heart-warming anecdotes in remembrance of the divine soul. She also read a touching letter written by Ms. Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairperson, Apeejay Education Society and Chancellor Apeejay Stya University, praising the outstanding attributes possessed by her revered mother. The letter served as a beautiful tribute, highlighting the impact Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul had on the lives she touched.

Remembering Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul’s love for performing arts, students enthusiastically showcased their talent while performing various art forms. They began with a mesmerising Ganesh Vandana, invoking the blessings of Lord Ganesha, followed by a graceful Thumri, a genre of Indian music and dance that captivated the audience.
To further honour Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul’s passion for music, a group of talented students sang bhajans, creating a spiritual ambiance within the premises. The devotional melodies touched the hearts of all present and brought forth a sense of tranquility and reverence.

Following the main ceremony, parents and students had the opportunity to explore an exhibition showcasing the artistic talents of the students. This exhibition marked the celebration of “Rajeshwari Kala Utsav,” a festival held to commemorate Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul’s admiration for art. The vibrant and creative displays showcased the skills and creativity nurtured within the school, and the visitors were enthralled by the diverse range of artworks on exhibit.
The event was a resounding success, capturing the essence of Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul’s life. It served as a reminder of her extraordinary qualities as a motherly figure who brought faith and hope into the lives of many. The event left a lasting impression on all those in attendance, inspiring them to carry forward the values she embodied and continue to celebrate her remarkable legacy.
