Apeejay School, Saket celebrates Doctor’s Day with joyful learning and health lessons

From skits to crafts, little learners honoured real-life heroes in a fun and meaningful way

The Doctor’s Day celebration at Apeejay School, Saket began with a vibrant morning assembly. The young learners from the Pre-Primary Department came together for a prayer, shloka recitation, and simple physical exercises – infusing the school grounds with a sense of peace and enthusiasm.

A Warm Welcome to the Guest of Honour

The school was delighted to welcome Dr. Himika Chawla as the chief guest for the day. Vice Principal Ms. Ashu Khattar extended a warm greeting and presented her with a planter, symbolising growth, care, and appreciation.

Teachers Perform a Skit on Health and Hygiene

To make the occasion even more meaningful, the teachers presented an engaging skit that highlighted the importance of health, hygiene, and the vital role of doctors. The performance was both entertaining and educational, ensuring the young audience grasped the key messages with ease.

Inspiring Words from Dr. Himika Chawla

Dr. Chawla addressed the students in a warm and interactive session. She spoke about the need to develop healthy habits, eat balanced meals, and always thank the doctors who work tirelessly to keep us well. Her talk left a lasting impression on the little learners.
