Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, celebrates a grand Annual Sports Meet

Recently, Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar, witnessed a spirited showcase of sportsmanship and youthful energy as it hosted its Annual Sports Meet at the Hoshiarpur Road campus. The event was held with the blessings of the esteemed late Dr Stya Paul, Founder-Chairman, Apeejay Stya Group & Apeejay Education, whose enduring vision continues to inspire excellence. The school community also drew motivation from the dynamic leadership of the Chairperson, Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairman, Apeejay Stya & Svran Group, Chancellor Apeejay Stya University, and Chairman, Apeejay Education, whose continued support strengthens both academic and co-curricular endeavours. 

The distinguished Chief Guest for the event was Inspector Meena K. Pawar, In-charge, Traffic Education Cell, Jalandhar, and a renowned Powerlifting World Champion. She was warmly received by the Principal of the school, Mr AK Sharma, Vice-principal, Mrs Lovleen Bagga, and the entire staff. A ceremonial welcome was given to the Chief Guest, marking the beginning of an exciting day ahead. 

The formal inauguration took place with the hoisting of the school flag followed by the lighting of the torch, symbolising courage, integrity, and the relentless pursuit of victory. As the flame rose to the sky, a wave of anticipation swept across the grounds, with students cheering loudly for their respective houses.

This much-awaited sports celebration provided students with a refreshing break from their academic routine and a chance to engage in healthy competition. The meet featured a series of track and field events, team games, and skill-based challenges where the young athletes demonstrated agility, strength, and passion. All four houses, Beas, Satluj, Yamuna, and Saraswati, participated with immense zeal, each striving to secure the top honours while upholding the true essence of sportsmanship.

Vibrant house flags, enthusiastic supporters, and flawless coordination by teachers added to the festive atmosphere. The grounds echoed with energetic cheers as students pushed their limits, celebrated milestones, and gained unforgettable memories.
