Prof. Anushka Goel and Prof. Nupur Soti from Apeejay School of Management (ASM), Dwarka made notable academic contributions at the prestigious Management Education & Research Colloquium (MERC) 2025, held at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur. Their active participation in this national-level event not only highlighted their individual research efforts but also significantly enhanced the academic visibility of the institution.
Prof. Anushka Goel presented her research paper focusing on the adoption of service robots, a topic gaining increasing relevance in the context of technological integration across industries. Her paper examined the behavioural and operational dynamics influencing the deployment of service robots in service sectors, sparking engaging discussions around automation, consumer acceptance, and organisational transformation.
Sharing her thoughts on the same, she expressed, “Honored to attend the MERC Conference — a platform where minds meet, ideas ignite, and the future of management research is shaped. Grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, and contribute.”

Simultaneously, Prof. Nupur Soti’s research on Green Finance and Taxes addressed the critical intersection of sustainability and fiscal policy. Her presentation explored the effectiveness of green taxation policies in driving eco-friendly investments and fostering sustainable economic growth. The paper generated meaningful dialogue among scholars and policy enthusiasts, contributing to the larger discourse on environmental responsibility in financial systems. She shared, “Thrilled to be part of the MERC Conference — an enriching experience filled with insightful discussions, innovative research, and meaningful academic connections. Proud to represent my institution on this esteemed platform!”
