Apeejay School of Management commemorates Republic Day with unity and pride
On this special occasion, members pay tribute to the country’s rich history
Apeejay School of Management (ASM) in Dwarka marked the occasion of Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The event brought together the institution’s leadership, faculty, and staff to honour India’s 76th Republic Day and reaffirm their commitment to the nation’s democratic ideals.
The celebration began with the ceremonial hoisting of the national flag by Dr. Rahul Singh, Director of ASM, accompanied by Dr. Etinder Pal Singh, Deputy Director, and other members of the faculty and staff. The unfurling of the tricolour, a symbol of the country’s sovereignty and pride, was followed by the singing of the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with a profound sense of unity and patriotism.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Rahul Singh highlighted the significance of the Indian Constitution and its vital role in shaping the nation as a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular, and Democratic Republic. He spoke about the importance of celebrating Republic Day as a way to honour the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and leaders who laid the foundation for modern India. Dr. Singh also reminded everyone of their duties as responsible citizens in upholding the values enshrined in the Constitution.
