Apeejay School, Model Town celebrates Founder’s Day with gratitude and inspiration

The campus of Apeejay School, Model Town reverberated with reverence and joy as students, teachers, and staff gathered to celebrate the 106th birth anniversary of Late Dr Stya Paul, Founder Chairman , Apeejay Stya Group & Apeejay Education. The event, marked by devotion and inspiration, beautifully reflected the guiding philosophy of Apeejay Education – “Soaring High is My Nature.”

The celebration began on a serene note with a Pushpanjali, a floral tribute to the visionary founder whose ideals of humanism, excellence, and ethical living continue to inspire generations of Apeejayites. The atmosphere soon filled with melodious bhajans, sung by students with deep devotion. These soulful renditions invoked divine blessings and reminded everyone of the timeless values Dr. Stya Paul Ji instilled in the institution: humility, compassion, and perseverance.

Principal’s address inspires young learners

In his address, Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Chandel shared inspiring words that echoed the Founder Chairman’s lifelong commitment to education with a purpose. He encouraged students to follow Dr. Stya Paul Ji’s example of integrating knowledge with character.

The Principal’s message encouraged students to reflect deeply on the significance of human values in their daily lives. He emphasised that Dr. Stya Paul Ji’s vision was not only about academic brilliance but also about developing moral strength and empathy.

The highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of the Dr. Stya Paul Award for Human Values, one of the most prestigious recognitions within the Apeejay community. This year, the honour was bestowed upon Agam Arora (IX-A) and Sanchit Gupta (VIII-A) for their exemplary conduct, empathy, and contribution to the school’s ethos.
