Apeejay professor publishes a compelling case study with Ivey 

Another moment of pride for Apeejay School of Management (ASM), Dwarka, as one of its faculty members Dr. Vernika Agarwal has published a compelling case study with Ivey, the leader in providing business case studies with a global perspective.

The  title of the case study is “RampMyCity: Making India Accessible” and this case shares the inspiring journey of Prateek Khandelwal, a social entrepreneur, who after facing numerous adversities, established RampMyCity to redefine accessibility and make a tangible difference for people with disabilities across India. Ramp My City Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2019, is dedicated to fostering inclusion and delivering comprehensive accessibility solutions across both public and private sectors. 

The case invites students and professionals to explore the critical decisions Prateek faces to ensure the scalability and sustainability of RampMyCity, reflecting on strategic management, entrepreneurship, and service operations. Sharing her thoughts, Dr. Vernika Agarwal, an Associate Professor at ASM, emphasised, “The aim of writing this case was not just to publish, but to be part of a larger mission of inclusivity. By sharing Prateek Khandelwal’s story, we hope to inspire and engage millions of students worldwide in the cause of accessibility. A big shout-out to Prateek for his courage and commitment.”
