This program was a step forward in preparing students for the evolving professional landscape by imparting essential workplace competencies.
The classes covered a diverse and contemporary range of topics that addressed both technical and soft skill areas. These included:
Each session was designed to provide hands-on learning, ensuring that students not only grasped theoretical knowledge but also developed practical insights that would enhance their employability and confidence in real-world settings.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Rajesh Bagga, Director of AIMETC, highlighted the relevance of such programs. He stated, “Skill enhancement programs are the need of the hour. In today’s competitive environment, it is critical that students possess both academic knowledge and job-oriented skills. At AIMETC, we remain committed to empowering our students through regular skill development initiatives that reflect current industry trends and expectations. Our goal is to prepare them not just to enter the workforce, but to thrive in it.”
The concluding day of the program was marked by a series of interactive and team-building activities, creating an atmosphere of fun, learning, and collaboration. These sessions were not just recreational but served the purpose of fostering teamwork, creativity, and a sense of belonging among the students. The activities reinforced soft skills like leadership, communication, and critical thinking, which are essential for any career path.

The successful execution of the program was made possible through the dedication and coordination of the faculty team, who meticulously planned and managed the sessions. Faculty coordinators, teaching staff, and enthusiastic student participants worked hand in hand to create a vibrant and enriching learning environment.
As the Employability Enhancement Classes came to a close, AIMETC reaffirmed its commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development. The institute looks forward to organising many more such skill-building programs that align with industry needs and empower students to become future-ready professionals.
