Jasmann Singh Madan is a young boy who comes from a family that has a rich heritage of education from Apeejay School, Faridabad, Sector-15. In a quick interview with his mother, Mrs Daman Preet, we learn about the student’s progress and performance at the school. Read edited excerpts:
How is Jasmann Singh Madan performing at the school?
He is enjoying the classes and has made a lot of friends in school. He is very comfortable here with the teachers and classmates. We have an old association with the school. My daughter Jia Madan and husband Harsharan Singh are alumni of this school. So, one can say that Apeejay School, Faridabad runs in our bloodline.
What are his favourite subjects?
Very surprisingly in a time when most students avoid social studies, my son adores this subject. It is a welcome change. He is also doing very well in French and Math. He scores good marks in Hindi too.
How do the teachers help students on a daily basis?
They are all doing very fine. I see a constant partnership between the teachers and parents. I have always heard praise from the teachers that my son is very disciplined, very obedient and a helpful person.
Does Jasmann like sports?
He attended football practice in the school sometime ago. And for a while he was in the Karate classes as well. He is an active child.
What about the extracurriculars?
He loves speeches and debates and regularly participates in them as well. He has also won some prizes in the past both inter and intra class.
You seem very satisfied with the school?
Yes, of course. The school is leaving no stone unturned in providing the best of facilities to its students.
