Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg students pay a heartfelt tribute to their mentors on Teachers’ Day
The school hosted a vibrant online Teachers’ Day celebration to honor its dedicated educators. The event commenced with host Arnaaz delivering an eloquent introduction on the significance of Teachers’ Day, tracing its historical importance and explaining why one celebrates the mentors who shape young minds.
The program featured a delightful array of student performances. Jahanvi Sharma set the tone with an energetic dance, followed by Talin’s soulful guitar performance that charmed the audience. The atmosphere turned engaging during the teachers’ antakshari session, where faculty members displayed not only their musical talent but also their fun competitive spirit, adding a lively touch to the celebration.
Adding further elegance to the programme, Bhoomi enthralled everyone with her graceful dance, weaving artistry into the festivity. The most awaited moment of the day however was the cake cutting ceremony, a symbolic gesture of love and appreciation for the tireless efforts of teachers.
The celebration concluded on a meaningful note as the Vice Principal, Ms Aarti Shorey Bhatt extended heartfelt gratitude to the students for organizing the event and conveyed warm wishes to all teachers. Though conducted online, the celebration successfully brought the school community together, creating a memorable tribute that reflected admiration, respect, and joy.
