‘A visit to my grandparent’s house’: Short Note by Advay Anand, Apeejay School, Nerul 

Recently, I visited my grandparent’s house, and from there I went to my native village. It was a beautiful place. I saw large paddy farms, rivers, birds, orchards, cows, goats and various things I had never seen before. It was a new experience. I was happy to see the pure side of nature and feel the fresh air.

I was so excited to see food being cooked in the traditional way using earthen pots on earthen stoves. The food was very tasty and was served on plates made up of leaves. I was so happy and wished that I could stay there for a few more days but we had to return. It was a pleasant and unforgettable experience, which I enjoyed a lot.
