Kerala, in India is referred as gods own country with coconut lined sandy beaches, backwater, Ayurvedic tourism, tropical greenery.

I quote that the beauty of Kerala lies in its simplicity. In this city, every breath you take is a refreshing experience. It is known for its beautiful hill stations. Me along with my family went to this gods own country.

Once we landed there I started felling the positive vibes there. The first thing we saw was a beautiful waterfall and there we drank our very first coconut water it was so sweet .the first Kerala meal which was scrumptious.

Then we made our way to Munnar. Which is known as the paradise on earth. On our way we saw a parallel lake which looked like the world has been turned upside down. Then we went to a Tea garden which is beyond imagination. Once I touched the tea bushes it lead me to a different world which was nothing less than heaven . My body was calmed and my eyes couldn’t believe that such beautiful place exists.-

In our Maharashtra, elephant is known as the form of lord Ganpati. One of the most auspicious thing you can do is feeding an elephant and that’s what we did. Me along with my mother sat on a elephant while my dad and my brother were watching.

As I sat I could feel the connection with me and the god .

while we sat on the elephant taking a round of the spice garden. The guide gave us the information about the spices. We even took photos while the elephant was giving us blessings. I felt that lord Lord Ganpati was giving us blessings.

Then we all fed bananas to the elephant and can you believe that the elephant can eat 12 bananas in just one bite? I quote that An Elephant never forgets but what they don’t tell you is you never forget an elephant .

Well that was the best experience of my life. Then we went to watch the famous dance form KATHAKALI.

Kathakali is a beautiful dance form the expressions were flawless I even took a picture with the dancers. Then we were off to Allepey. The world of house boats.

We sat in the houseboat. It was picturesque. It was a double story boat. The next morning we saw the sun rise on the top deck it looked lovely. We went to a walk in the Paddy Field. Could you believe that every house has at least one paddy field. Then the day arrived when we were heading back to Mumbai. We drank coconut water for the last time and said bye to Kerala until next time. Take only memories and leave only footprints. Well this was the best trip to the paradise of India. The best trip of my life!
