Recently, Apeejay School, Saket, marked a significant milestone in its commitment to fostering a culture of reading and exploration with the launch of its newly designed library. The inviting and vibrant learning space will nurture curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love for books among students.

The inauguration of the library was celebrated as a special moment for the school community, reflecting the institution’s dedication to providing enriching learning environments that extend beyond the traditional classroom. Thoughtfully designed with warm colours, comfortable reading corners, and well-organised shelves, the library offers a welcoming atmosphere where young learners can immerse themselves in the joy of reading.

More than just a repository of books, the new library has been envisioned as a dynamic space where imagination takes flight and ideas come alive. The collection includes a diverse range of titles. From engaging storybooks for early readers to informative non-fiction and reference materials that encourage inquiry and independent learning. The layout has been carefully curated to ensure that children feel inspired to browse, explore, and discover stories that spark their interest.

Speaking on the occasion, the school Principal, Dr Sujeet Eric Masih, said, “Apeejay School Saket is channelised towards its students; each step leads only towards its students for WE CARE!”

Teachers and school leaders shared that the library will play a central role in nurturing reading habits and strengthening students’ connection with literature. With comfortable seating areas and bright, cheerful interiors, the space encourages children to spend meaningful time with books, whether quietly reading, exploring new subjects, or sharing stories with their peers.

The launch of the library reflects Apeejay School, Saket’s broader vision of holistic education, where learning is not confined to textbooks but enriched through creativity, curiosity, and discovery. By creating a space that celebrates books and storytelling, the school hopes to inspire young minds to think deeply, dream boldly, and develop a lifelong relationship with reading.
