A KIND GIRL

Once upon a time, there was an old woman in a city. She was very poor. She had nothing to eat and no money with her. That poor lady sat on the footpath and was crying badly.

Suddenly, a girl was passing by the road on her way to school. She saw that old lady and asked, “What happened, Grandma? Why are you crying?”
“I am crying because I am so hungry,” said the lady.

Then the girl opened her tiffin box and gave her some food. The old lady said, “No! No! My child, this is your tiffin. I cannot take it!”
The girl said, “Do not worry, Grandma, my friends will share tiffin with me.”

Then the lady took the food from her and blessed her. The girl felt very happy and walked away to her school.

MORAL: Always be kind.
