Euphoria 2.0 held at Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld, Model Town, Jalandhar, was a sight to behold
Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld, Model Town, Jalandhar transformed into a vibrant haven of colours, emotions, and youthful energy on 15 November, 2025 as it celebrated its Annual Day with the uplifting theme “Euphoria 2.0 – A State of Happy Mind.” True to its title, the day radiated positivity, creative expression, and the pure joy of childhood. The campus brimmed with excitement as students, parents, teachers, and dignitaries gathered to witness this much-awaited celebration of holistic learning.
Gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest was Mrs Neena Sondhi, Director – CSR, F C Sondhi & Co. (India) Pvt Ltd., whose presence added prestige and warmth to the event. Her gracious demeanour and encouraging words would later leave an inspiring imprint on the day’s proceedings.
The celebration commenced with a traditional and deeply symbolic lighting of the lamp, illuminating the stage with a promise of knowledge, wisdom, and new beginnings. This solemn ritual set the tone for the cultural extravaganza that was to follow. Immediately after, the audience was treated to a powerful and artistically rich Dashavtar dance performance, portraying the ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu. The graceful choreography and synchronised movements of the young performers captivated the audience, announcing that the evening would be one to remember.
A formal welcome ceremony followed, where dignitaries and parents were greeted with warmth and appreciation. School Principal Dr Rajesh Chandel then took to the podium to present the Annual Report for the academic year 2025–26. His address highlighted the school’s achievements across academics, sports, and co-curricular domains, showcasing the dedication with which Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld nurtures its students. He spoke of new initiatives, student accomplishments, and the institution’s commitment to shaping confident, empathetic, and curious learners.
What unfolded next was a vibrant celebration of the theme of the year—happiness. The stage became a dynamic canvas as the young learners of the school performed a series of spellbinding acts that brought smiles, applause, and admiration from the audience. From energetic Bollywood numbers to soulful Sufi renditions, from melodious Choir presentations to the creatively choreographed Chair Dance, each performance reflected the passion and hard work of both students and teachers. The rhythmic beats of Bhangra added a quintessential Punjabi flavour to the evening, lifting the atmosphere to new heights of joy.
One of the highlights of the event was the engaging stage play Aladdin, presented with childlike charm and boundless imagination. The performance transported the audience into the magical world of Agra bah, filled with adventure, humour, and life lessons, all performed with commendable finesse by the young actors.
To honour the spirit of achievement, the school presented medals across various categories, recognising excellence in academics, sports, and co-curricular pursuits. The proud smiles worn by the young awardees and the applause that filled the auditorium reflected the school’s ethos of celebrating every child’s potential.
Adding depth to the celebration was a special behind-the-scenes video—a heart-warming glimpse into the efforts, rehearsals, camaraderie, and joy that shaped Euphoria 2.0. This candid visual journey resonated deeply with the audience, allowing them to appreciate the dedication and teamwork that often remain unseen.
In her address, Chief Guest Mrs Neena Sondhi lauded the school for fostering holistic development and applauded the confidence, creativity, and enthusiasm displayed by the students. She extended her heartfelt wishes for their bright and promising future, commending the staff for their commitment to nurturing young minds.
The event concluded on an emotional and graceful note with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Incharge Ms. Nidhi Ghai, Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld, who expressed gratitude to parents, staff, and students for making the celebration a memorable success. The singing of the National Anthem marked the finale, echoing a sense of pride, unity, and fulfilment.
Euphoria 2.0 was more than an annual day—it was a celebration of joy, learning, and the boundless potential of children. In every smile, every step, and every note, the spirit of a “happy mind” truly came alive.
