India to be global skills hub ‘very soon’: Union Education Minister

Minister of Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Dharmendra Pradhan, recently underlined the importance of investment in education and skill development to ensure people have the knowledge and required capabilities to capture opportunities in the 21st century.

Speaking at an event for collaboration between National Skill Development Corporation and Hotel and Tourism Management Institute (HTMi), Switzerland, he said that India will soon be the global skills hub.

He added that this kind of dual degree framework will get employment assurance and great exposure.
