Apeejay School, Saket, recently hosted an enriching session of Gita Varta on the thought-provoking theme “Pathik” – meaning a traveller or seeker on the path of life. The session encouraged students to reflect deeply on their personal journeys, inspiring them to take responsibility for their choices and actions.
Held in the school auditorium, the event brought together curious minds eager to understand the essence of self-realisation through the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. The speaker beautifully explained that each one of us is a Pathik – a conscious traveller in life – and that the direction of this journey depends on one’s mindset, effort, and values.

Students were encouraged to view life as a path, filled with challenges and opportunities, where each step taken with awareness and determination can lead to personal growth and fulfilment. The session highlighted the importance of self-reflection, resilience, and purposeful action in shaping one’s destiny.
One of the core messages was that while guidance may come from teachers, parents, and scriptures, the ultimate progress of a Pathik depends on inner strength and clarity of vision. The speaker urged students to stay grounded, yet open to learning, and to take every experience – good or bad – as a part of their evolving journey.
Through engaging anecdotes and spiritual wisdom, the session helped students understand that success lies not just in reaching a destination, but in walking the path with integrity, focus, and compassion. They were reminded that each individual has the potential to become a true Pathik by making conscious, value-driven choices every day.
The Gita Varta session served as a valuable platform for introspection, guiding students to discover their inner compass and move forward with purpose. Events like these reflect Apeejay School, Saket’s commitment to holistic education—nurturing not only academic excellence but also emotional and spiritual intelligence.
