Saksham, could you share how your journey at Apeejay School has influenced your growth?

Starting from nursery, I’ve experienced significant personal growth. The opportunities and support from teachers have immensely boosted my confidence, risk-taking abilities, and perseverance. The competitive environment has motivated me to surpass my limits. One core memory is my transition from being a shy, introverted student to becoming the vice-head boy. The school has played a crucial role in shaping my personality and outlook on life.

How do you tackle difficult subjects and manage your time effectively?

Every subject has its own challenges. My approach to overcoming difficulties is consistency. I study daily and make my own notes for theoretical subjects, which helps me understand key concepts better. Time management isn’t my strongest suit, but I stay organised by jotting down tasks and breaking them into manageable parts. Regular breaks are essential to recharge and maintain focus.

Can you describe the impact of the school’s facilities and resources on your academic performance?

The resources at Apeejay, such as the worksheets and notes provided by teachers, have been incredibly valuable. These materials often include high-level questions that prepare us well for exams. The campus facilities, including the large sports ground, also play a significant role in keeping us motivated and balanced. I believe the school’s balanced approach to academics and extracurricular activities contributes to overall development.

Could you share a memorable achievement that stands out for you?

Becoming the vice-head boy was a significant achievement, especially considering my initial shyness and introversion. The fact that I was selected without preparation for the role was a huge confidence booster. Additionally, being featured on TV during the Chandrayaan 3 landing was a proud moment, highlighting the confidence I’ve gained during my time at Apeejay.
