The world is chaotic. Some embrace the chaos; trying to fulfill their commitments to work, family, and friends. Whilst, others bring in plans to be oriented and orient themselves in life. Some manage the chaos in their families and among friend circles. While others are glued to the money-grubbing duty. But there are also ones who are enjoying their life with or without any commitments.

Conquering the world is a tough competition to join in and getting ahead hand-in-hand in today’s world. Now, the world is competitive and smart, thinking extra too means double work. Amidst this harsh reality that paradoxically brings us joy, no one is thinking about mental health, which is the origin of the inner state of mind. All are immersed in obeying the outside and inside ( business/ home) of the world, none of these is easier to deal with but crucial to be taken care of.
They say money is the ultimate satisfaction when it is in your hands. Yes, money does give one the luxury of fancy homes, and energy as an incentive to work harder. However, is that going to be permanent? Does this luxury comfort one’s mental well-being in the long run? Yes, money gives you the luxury of your home or gives you the energy to work harder than earlier.
However, money can only stabilise the materialistic plot but cannot incorporate love, joy, peace, patience, and hope, which are basic yet vital needs for a steady lifestyle. Nothing is easy to access in this difficult world, peace and patience are the key virtues to obtain and maintain focus on the ultimate goal and mission in life and not other peripheral distractions. Mental peace and patience are something, which resonates with the way you work and live life and give you a clear picture to orient your life. Without peace and patience is a dead lifestyle.
An individual should not ignore the fact that peace and patience are essential to the human regime. If you practice being patient and peaceful, the task will automatically walk towards you and show you the bright successor of the journey. Oftentimes, for which we have been waiting for a long time or strike a plan to pull it off with the same excitement. Excitement is a positive sign to start the opportunity with a stressful load and exaggerate it more.

Mental peace, patience, and hope one term could be conceived, i.e., equilibrium.
Why this term? This term defines the whole process in a precise way, where all three mainstream (bold words above) are equally played and utilised so that an individual can live life harmoniously. When we talk about peace and patience, one should not ignore hope- forthwith, it is the third main origin that builds up the mortal conscience and results in the work turning most finely. We have been hearing, ‘act without expectations’, in which your work is easier and you will be freeloading yourself and the endeavors you are striving for. Do not excavate yourself by planning expectations whilst you know, you will be hasty-nasty in doing that. Instead, focus on your aims and objectives and hope without limits and figure out do’s and don’ts that could harm your hope.
For balancing the equilibrium – patience, peace, and hope. An individual should practice gratitude, meditation, and forgiveness- to him/ herself and others so that they can figure out the issues and dilemmas where they are lagging and couldn’t in their vitality, and get a chance to practice it regularly and be able to find composure daily. It’s a saying, “Practice makes the man perfect”
For having equilibrium, taking good care of yourself is a must, as a good night’s rest, and the diet you consume, in short, a lifestyle we have occasionally habituated since childhood. Whereas when we put onto the schedule or in a professional activity that time we change our lifestyle a bit. A lifestyle should be changed reasonably, which organises you and your manners. We often switch our lifestyles when we get exhausted or get a chance to celebrate any occasion or weekend, especially. This is very certain; when we try to fit into the schedule to get back on track or in personal activities, we must pursue the changes, adopt them into our lives, and focus on the long run. Lifestyle could harm them and could make them disorganised and disoriented.
Last but not least, do whatever you want to do in life but never compensate with your equilibrium- patience, peace, and hope. Once, you start focusing on the equilibrium and utilise these in your life properly and seriously you will find true satisfaction and success, indeed. Never ignore this equilibrium, they are the foremost origin of the human body.
